Book Review: Fullmetal Alchemist Vol. 6 by Hiromu Arakawa

Fullmetal Alchemist Volume 6 by Hiromu Arakawa

The backstory for Edward and Al Elric continues as we see them train with their teacher. After acquiring enough skills (or so they think), they go with their plan to resurrect their mom, which goes horribly wrong. Even so, they are hired by the government to be State Alchemists. The position gives them a lot of opportunity to research alchemy and to improve their abilities. Ed and Al hope to get their bodies back at the very least. But other schemes are also starting up.

The story is fun and getting all the background on the main characters is helpful. I am definitely sticking with this series.

Recommended.
