One Ingredient Challenge--an ongoing series where we try a recipe from scratch. Every ingredient on the list must not have its own list of ingredients. For example, we couldn't use Italian Seasoning since that is a mixture of thyme, oregano, basil, etc. We'd start with thyme and oregano and basil separately to concoct a delicious dish.

Pumpkin Beers

Questions from Kids--a series of interesting questions kids have asked me.

Rams Head World Beer Club--Sadly, our local Rams Head Tavern at Savage Mill has closed, so this series will be on hiatus for a while.

The Sequel Was Better? A series of reviews looking at famous movies with sequels that are considered, rightly or wrongly, to be better than the original movies. Typically, sequels are a step down in quality, acting, and/or production value. But not always.
