Jacob and Lucy were playing this morning. Lucy's interest was waning; Jacob's was not. When Lucy came back to the kitchen, Jacob followed her. He kept pestering her to come back to the family room and play. Finally, she had enough. In front of both Mommy and Daddy, Lucy turned to Jacob and tried to bite his hand!
We parents both shouted at Lucy, mostly out of surprise since it was so unexpected. She is not a biter. I guess everyone has their limits.
After thinking about what she had done, Lucy came up with an excuse. She said, "I did it because I am hungry!"
