Lucy on Lollipops, Love, and Personhood

In a recent interview, Lucy has given her opinion on several topics. I will let the girl speak for herself.



Lucy does seem to fall into Duns Scotus's theory of individuation. In this theory, my "daddy"ness is more primary than my personhood and is the source of my individuality and being. I will have a long discussion with her about applying general characteristics to individuals and how common natures or essences (like personhood) can be shared while still maintaining distinct existences. I sure hope she understands, because writing this down I'm not sure I do!
