9.5 out of 10--Lots zombie kills, decapitations, delimbing, detorsoing, tooth extraction, split skulls, impaled heads, multiple knife stabs to the torso, hair combing, etc. There was a lot in this episode and very little of it was in shadowy darkness.Other offensive content
Some foul language; entertainment more disturbing than the WWF or WWE or whatever it is these days. How much zombie mythology/content
Nothing new.How much fun
I don't remember laughing much, though the fact that Daryl was the first to give the baby a bottle is pretty funny. And his comment about dinner (with Maggie's reaction) got a laugh too. I never thought Daryl would be the comic relief on the show!Synopsis & Review
The Woodbury story line continues the tension with Andrea wanting to stay and Michonne wanting to leave. Both have their reasons. The viewers have a lot more information about how bad things could become than either character. Readers of the comics will have few surprises but if your a reader like me, the sinking feeling in your gut is hitting some pretty deep lows.Meanwhile, back at the prison, Rick is flipping out while everyone else tries to deal with the aftermath of the previous episode. Rick goes back into the cell block where Lori gave birth to deal with his issues. The others start cleaning up and taking care of the baby, which is a lot harder than it might seem.
This episode was a bit depressing for me, just anticipating the hard times that are coming for the characters. I almost wish I hadn't read the comics so that things would be more surprising, like the very end of the episode. Maybe they'll twist that moment a different way than they did in the book, but it's hard to see how.
