The Shrine of St. Anthony in Ellicott City is a Franciscan monastery with a bunch of monks and a fine chapel. The chapel is open to visitors, so we visited.
The chapel is a small part of the whole monastery. It's nestled in the right wing of the building.
The main altar is fairly modern, with a San Damiano cross overhead and a mosaic of St. Francis receiving the stigmata.
The back of the chapel has some statues and a reliquary.
